Flue liners basic - CV20 ( CV18, CV16, CV14)

Ceramic flue liners are made of high quality ceramic. They are resistant to high temperatures and temperature changes, they have unlimited lifetime, are resistant to flue gases, burn through and acidic condensate, have low absorbing capacity, are gas-tight and have high dimension precision. All properties comply with ČSN EN 1457. Liners are provided with half-groove through which they are cemented with jointing material CSH.

CV18 - internal Ø180mm, height 328mm, liner thickness 15mm
CV16 - internal Ø160mm, height 328mm, liner thickness 15mm
CV14 - internal Ø140mm, height 328mm, liner thickness 15mm

Absorbability: 8,7%
Volume weight: 2092 kg.m-3
Resilience to acidity: 0,47%
Right temperature of waste gases: < 600 C°
Resistance to soot burn out: > 1000 C°
Gastightness : after operating phase when p=40Pa leakage 13,13 l.s-1.m-2
